These boots are from Maison Martin Margiela, around $1000, definitely putting them out of the realm of a budget shopper. Some similar options:

I don’t think it’s possible to get a really good pair of men’s boots for less than $200, so this is the lowest price point I have included. I tried to find a balance between good quality and price. Even though the last pair is quite expensive, it’s about half the price of the Margielas and easily better quality.
It’s better to have one great pair of shoes than ten crappy pairs!

I don’t believe there is a specific name for this type of boot. It’s just a boot with removable fur. A lot of Japanese sites will refer to items with two modes of wearing as “2WAY”, but other than that, I don’t think there’s a specific classification for this type of item!
